Pat Steir (1938-2026) was one of the greatest abstract artists of the century. She was among the first women artists to have a solo exhibition of her works at the Whitney Museum of American Art, and her gestural strokes are unmistakable. This lithograph is from a small edition of 25, and was printed at the esteemed Landfall Press in 1983. It measures 41 x 41″ unframed. It is signed by the artist and is in very good condition.
